Leadership Midland is a program initiated by the Midland Chamber of Commerce to develop community leaders. With over 1,000 graduates, the footprints of this program can be seen throughout Midland.

Our community has grown by leaps and bounds and with that, the face of leadership has changed, as have the needs of our community. Our program is the most engaging and comprehensive leadership tool to date. Whatever you have heard about Leadership Midland in the past, this is much more -- more knowledge, more commitment, more achievement.

Admission is highly competitive. Class size is 12 to 14 (maximum). The vetting process requires two letters of recommendation. Finalists will be required to undergo several interviews. This selective process is meant to precipitate a dedicated leadership initiative.
